Every item is made and fulfilled for you through Printful. Please allow 15–21 business days for production and delivery.

Tracking details are emailed as soon as your order is dispatched. Items in the same order may arrive separately.

CHANGE OF MIND

Because our gear is made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection or ordering the wrong colour. Please check the product details and sizing before purchasing.

FAULTY, DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your order arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, email blackduckcartel@outlook.com with your order number and clear photos. We will work with you to make it right.
